Throughout 2021, the company generated a margin of €9.37 million, up from €8 million recorded the previous year.
Meanwhile, the company’s sales increased by 9% to 17.97 million euros.
This increase is mainly due to the significant growth of its range of SaaS services, which for the first time exceeded fifty percent of the group’s sales in the fourth quarter of the previous year.
“Our commitment to researching and developing proprietary technology in the electronic signature, notification and registered contract industry is already paying off steadily, and most of our revenue comes from SaaS,” explained Sisco SapenaCEO and founder of the company.

EBITDA at the end of 2021 again exceeded two million euroswhich allows us to continue investing in the company’s strategic pillars: internationalization, intellectual property and innovation.

In 2020, the change in behavioral habits of companies following the health emergency caused by the COVID-19 pandemic had already triggered the use of the company’s SaaS services, which continues to consolidate.
In the fourth quarter of the year alone, the SaaS range increased by 1.2 million euros74% more than in the third quarter of the year.
